He tells them that the band has been working on some great new material and they know they will be back soon to play it. He spots a giant poster with the head of former baseball player Sean Casey. He doesn’t know why it is there, but notes that the enormous head is actual size. He leads the audience in a chant to send to Sean so his head will get even bigger.
On a more serious note Ed talks about positivity and determination allowing people to be a survivor. For Bill )

Je reviens de Padova. Après l'annulation de Londres, j'étais pessimiste. Voyage et hôtel payé depuis des lunes, j'attends avec impatience que Milan soit confirmé. Une fois qu'ils ont joué là bas, j'ai poussé un ouf de soulagement. Et une fois au concert de Padova....j'y ai passé un super moment. Eddie fait participer un peu plus le public, bouge sur toute la longueur de la scène, Mike joue encore un peu plus son rôle de boute en train, Stone sourit,...
Au vue du choix de la set list, je pense qu'ils ont voulu marquer le fait que le groupe est en forme pour le reste de la tournée.
J'ai vécu un de mes plus beaux concerts à Padova, je vous souhaite à tous de vivre à fond la fin de cette tournée.
